Goods sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
All prices stated are final and non-negotiable.

We will only accept/proceed the orders for those who sent us the order details. All items are first come first serve basis.
Changes of orders could be made within 24 hours after placing the order details. After that, the order is confirm and no changes are allowed.
Reservation could be made and it will only be reserved for a maximum period of 3 days. After that, the item will be re listed. However, if the demand for the particular item is very high, we reserve the rights to reserve the item for a shorter period of time but we will notify you by email. should you not reply within that certain period of time, the item will automatically be re-listed.
Accessories are not included unless it is stated.
COD (Cash on Delivery) is available @ certain locations. If locations other than listed below, charges may apply.
Postage service is available. Buyers are to bear all shipping cost via Poslaju Malaysia. Note: Price of postage will be determined by the weight of your item.
Payment must be made within 3 working days if you are using the postage service. Do notify us via email or sms if you have made the payment and we will send the goods out the next day upon receiving payment. (Unless it is a public holiday or Sat/Sun).
We also ship worldwide. Kindly email us for more details- Estimated time period for goods to arrive at your doorstep is between 1-4 days. (Within Malaysia only) As for international, arrival time may vary according to your country.
We do not take responsibility for damage of goods if shipped via postal service.
Goods sold are all new, in good condition and from smoke free environment. Unless stated otherwise.
Color of goods may vary due to the monitor settings, camera used and/or lighting.
